Sixty-two Korean dramas premiered between April and June 2025. Netflix's Squid Game Season 3 drew 60.1 million views in its first three days, the biggest launch ever for a Netflix TV series, and Weak Hero Class 2 and Mercy for None also reached No. 1 on the global chart for non-English TV. In tvN's weekend slot, Resident Playbook and Our Unwritten Seoul both signed off with finales in the 8% range, while ENA's Tastefully Yours reached No. 2 globally on Netflix despite domestic ratings in the 3% range.
